有机硅氨基酸衍生物的研究

本文利用含氢有机硅化合物与含双键的氨基酸酯的加成反应,合成了5种新的有机硅氨基酸衍生物。介绍了一种合成N-烷基取代氨基酸酯的新方法。对新化合物进行了元素和光谱分析鉴定。

综述了三配位五价磷化合物的结构犊 征及其所具有的加成反应，络合反应，磷中心的亲电反应等化学性质。参考文献２２篇。     

Ligand Exchange Between Penta-Coordinated Phosphoryl Serine and Histidine Compounds

With the assistance of HPLC-ESI-MS/MS, the self-assembly products of serine and histidine penta-coordinated phosphorus compound were separated and identified. The expectative product was seryl-histidine dipeptide, but it was found that there was almost equimolar amount of histidyl-histidine dipeptide as well as seryl-histidine dipeptide. The mechanism was speculated that there was iigand exchange between penta-coordinated phosphoryl serine and histidine in the reaction process. As a result,two types of dipeptide were produced.     

有机锗化合物中碳氢的快速测定

报道了用Co3O4 作覆盖氧化剂分析有机锗化合物中碳氢元素的方法。通过对 9个样品的十几次分析 ,碳、氢的相对误差分别小于± 1.30 % ,4 .4 0 %。方法简便 ,结果稳定可靠 ,可用于含锗有机化合物的碳氢分析。     

水解聚合铝溶液中Al30形态的研究

水解聚合铝形态一直是分析、催化、土壤、地球化学、新材料、环境科学和生物毒理学等众多领域研究的前沿和热点。Keggin 结构的Al₃₀ 形态是迄今为止发现的电荷最高的水解铝聚合阳离子,具有独特的分子结构和纳米分子尺寸,它对催化化学、新型功能材料、高效絮凝剂的开发以及铝的水解聚合转化规律研究具有重要意义。本文主要论述了Al₃₀形态的形成、形态分析方法、结构模型以及形成机理等方面的最新研究进展,并对水解聚合铝溶液的研究发展趋势进行了展望。     

金属键有机化合物的研究——η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)二聚体的合成

通过Fe_2(SO_4)_3醋酸水溶液与η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)的钠盐或锂盐(η~5-RC_5-H_4)(CO)_3MNa(Li)之间的相互作用,合成了9个η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)二聚体[(η~5-RC_5H_4)(CO)_3M]_2(M=Mo,W; R=C(O)Me,CO_2Me,CO_2Et,n-Bu,Me_3Si),并用C/H分析,IR、~1H NMR及MS表征了它们的结构.     

An Asymmetric Edge-Sharing Bioctahedral Complex: (η2-DAniF)MoIII(μ-DAniF)2(μ-O,Cl)MoVCl2 (DAniF=N,N′-di-p-anisylformamidinate)

A novel asymmetric, edge-sharing bioctahedral complex with formamidinato ligands ( ²-DAniF)Mo(-DAniF)₂(-O,Cl)MoCl₂, 1, (DAniF=N,N-di-p-anisylformamidinate) has been isolated as a byproduct from the preparation of the dimolybdenum(II,III) compound Mo₂(DAniF)₃Cl₂. An X-ray crystallographic study shows that the structure consists of edge-sharing bioctahedra, with the shared edge defined by the vector joining the: -O and -Cl ligands. Compound 1 is best formulated as a mixed-valent Mo^IIIMo^V compound, the Mo(V) ion being that with the two terminal Cl^– ligands. The cyclic voltammogram of 1 shows a reversible reduction at –0.472 V and a reversible oxidation at 1.028 V vs. the Ag/AgCl reference electrode, while the absorption spectrum of 1 reveals an intense low energy absorption at 523 nm ( _max=12 500) which is attributed to an intervalence charge transfer transition. Crystallographic data for 1 are as follows: a=13.387(1) Å, b=15.500(2) Å, c=21.855(2) Å, =98.786(2)°, V=4481.8(8) ų, P2₁/c, R1 (wR2)=0.082 (0.177).     

Determination of proteins at nanogram levels by a resonance light-scattering technique with tetra-substituted sulphonated aluminum phthalocyanine

This is the first report on the determination of proteins with tetra-substituted sulphonated aluminum phthalocyanine (AlS₄Pc) by resonance light-scattering (RLS). At pH 3.0, the weak RLS of AlS₄Pc can be enhanced by the addition of proteins. Based on this, a novel quantitative method has been developed for the determination of proteins in aqueous solutions. Under optimal conditions, the linear ranges of the calibration curves were 0.050–2.0 μg ml⁻¹ for both human serum albumin (HSA) and human r-IgG. The detection limits were 12.7 ng ml⁻¹ for HSA and 16.1 ng ml⁻¹ for human r-IgG. The method has been applied to the analysis of total protein in human serum samples collected from the hospital and the results were in good agreement with those reported by the hospital, which indicates that the method presented here is not only sensitive, simple, but also reliable and suitable for practical applications.     

配合物Cu_2（C_（21）H_（20）N_2O_3）（CH_3COO）_2的EXAFS研究

用延伸Ｘ射线吸收精细结构（ＥＸＡＦＳ），测定了标题化合物中两个铜原子的配位结构。两个铜原子有相同的配位，确认每个铜原子均与一个氮原子，三个氧原子形成四配位结构。一氧一氮源于ＨＳＢ，而另两个氧由乙酸提供。     

反应条件对Cu/Al-Ce-PILC上丙烯选择性催化还原NO反应的影响

 采用聚合羟基复合阳离子合成交联黏土Al-Ce-PILC, 经SO2-4改性后,以浸渍法制备了铜基交联黏土催化剂Cu/Al-Ce-PILC, 并将其应用于C3H6选择性还原NO的反应,考察了预处理气氛、 O2和C3H6浓度、空速、水蒸气和SO2等反应条件对催化剂性能的影响. 结果表明, He预处理后催化剂表面的Cu物种以Cu+和Cu2+两种形式存在,而H2预处理后仅以Cu+存在, NO转化率最大值由23%升至56%. 反应体系中适当的O2和C3H6浓度可促进NO还原为N2, 但过高的浓度反而可降低NO的还原活性, O2同时可起到抑制积炭、清洁催化剂表面的作用. NO转化率随着空速的增大而降低. 10%水蒸气的存在可抑制NO的还原和C3H6的氧化,其转化率曲线向高温方向位移. 但是,由于金属氧化物交联柱表面的疏水特性, Cu/Al-Ce-PILC较Cu/ZSM-5具有较强的耐湿热稳定性, NO和C3H6最大转化率仅分别下降13%和5%. SO2的存在明显抑制了催化剂的低温活性,但对高温活性有一定促进作用.
